Terms and Conditions

MuralTech Art Studio is a wall printing and wall art studio registered in the Philippines with the Department of Trade and Industry and the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Our registered office is Franscon Bldg., Phase 1 64 4th-B Street, Ecoland Subdivision, Bucana, Davao City 8000, Philippines for legal and registration purposes only; no customer transactions happen there. Our studio is Unit 25, Davao Airport View Commercial Complex, C. P. Garcia Highway, Buhangin, Davao City 8000, Philippines. You can reach us on 0997 640 2950 or at hello@muraltechph.com.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "the studio" mean MuralTech Art Studio. "You" means the person or business placing an order.

• Direct to wall printing services, quoted per square metre plus a setup fee and a transportation and mobilisation fee based on your location.
• Custom canvas art printed to order in fixed sizes, produced from artwork or photographs that you supply.
• Curated LED Wall Art, a limited collection of ready made lighted wall pieces sold from studio stock.

Prices shown on this website, including any figure produced by our online quote calculator, are estimates. A quotation becomes final only once we have confirmed your wall size, surface condition, artwork and site access in writing. Quotations are valid for thirty days unless we state otherwise.

An order is placed when you complete checkout or confirm your order with us in writing. We accept your order once payment has been received and we have confirmed availability. If a piece is out of stock or a project cannot be scheduled, we will tell you and refund any amount you have already paid for that item.

Online payments are processed by Xendit, a payment provider licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. When you place an order you are taken to a secure Xendit checkout page, where you can pay by GCash, Maya, direct debit with UnionBank or BPI, credit or debit card on the Visa, Mastercard and JCB networks, or over the counter at 7-Eleven.

We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in Philippine pesos. Wall printing projects may require a deposit before we schedule production, with the balance due on completion.

• LED wall art and custom canvas: we offer local delivery and pickup at our Davao studio. Delivery and basic installation inside Davao City are free of charge. Outside Davao City, we ship via courier and the shipping fee is computed at checkout.
• Wall printing: we accept projects Mindanao-wide. Outside Davao City, a transportation and mobilization fee based on distance is added to your quote.
• Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or events outside our control.
• For wall printing we require safe access to the wall, a clean and dry surface, and a power source. Delays caused by site conditions may lead to an additional mobilisation charge.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photograph, logo or artwork you send us, and you allow us to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may decline artwork that is unlawful, offensive, or clearly infringes someone else's rights.

Printed colour depends on the resolution and colour profile of the file you supply and on the surface being printed. Small variation between a screen and a printed surface is normal and is not a defect.

All photographs, designs, artwork and text on this website belong to MuralTech Art Studio unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio and social media. Tell us before we start if you would prefer your project not to be published.

Our wall prints are rated for up to five years outdoors and eight to ten years indoors under normal conditions. Curated LED Wall Art and custom canvas art are covered by the replacement terms set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Davao City. We would much rather sort things out with a message first, so please contact us before anything escalates.

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
